- FAST, short for Fast AI Strategy & Technology, is an evidence-based read of where AI will move the needle for your company. It scores operations, engineering, quality, product, positioning, and readiness on a five-level maturity scale, then names the priorities worth resolving before a roadmap proceeds.
- Is the scorecard the whole thing?
- No. The scorecard is the self-assessed version of the instrument, and it gives you an honest directional read in about two minutes. In a paid engagement we validate every finding against your systems and your numbers, and the work ends in a deck your board can act on.
- Who is FAST for?
- Founders from pre-seed through Series A and their engineering leads, particularly the ones feeling velocity, cost, or competitive pressure around AI and deciding where the next quarter should go.
- Who is it not for?
- Founders looking for a large delivery team, or a report to file and forget. We work hands on with a small number of companies at a time, and if the fit is wrong we will tell you on the first call.
